Terms of Service

INTENDED USE NOTICE: Tempest is a computer-vision research and training tool designed for private, offline environments — aim trainers, custom lobbies, and controlled test setups. We do not condone, encourage, or support its use in online, competitive, or ranked environments of any third-party game. Any such use is solely at the purchaser's own decision and risk, in their capacity as the operator of their own equipment.

1. What you are buying

A single-user, machine-bound license key ("the Key") for the Tempest software ("the Product"). The Key is delivered digitally and automatically at the moment of purchase. By completing checkout you acknowledge that the Product is delivered instantly and in full.

2. All sales are final

Because delivery is immediate and the Product is digital, all sales are final. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by design; card payments are processed by third-party processors under their own terms. Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving and using a working Key constitutes fraud and results in permanent revocation of the Key and blacklisting of your hardware ID, with no replacement.

3. License scope

  1. One Key is active on one machine at a time. Free HWID resets are provided for genuine hardware upgrades.
  2. Keys may not be shared, resold, transferred, or published. Keys found leaked are revoked without refund.
  3. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Product as a whole, not any specific game build.

4. Updates and maintenance

Game patches periodically break detection. Sales pause automatically during these windows — you can verify live status on the storefront at any time. Paid periods are not consumed during full-outage maintenance: active subscriptions are extended by the outage duration. This is the only compensation model for downtime.

5. Intended use & assumption of risk

  1. The Product is designed and sold for use in private, offline environments (aim trainers, custom/private matches without third-party stakes, and similar controlled settings). We do not condone its use in online or competitive environments, and no support, guarantee, or fitness-for-purpose is offered for such use.
  2. Where you choose to operate the Product alongside any third-party game, you do so as the sole operator of your own equipment and accounts. You are exclusively responsible for compliance with any third-party terms of service and for any consequences to your accounts.
  3. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher or platform. All game titles and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.
  4. The Product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee of outcomes, availability, or uninterrupted operation in any third-party environment.
  5. You will not reverse engineer, redistribute, or assist others in cracking the Product (see §2 for the consequences).
  6. You confirm you are of legal age to purchase software in your jurisdiction and that you are not purchasing on behalf of any entity that prohibits it.

Refund Policy

  1. Delivery failure: if a paid order fails to deliver a Key, you receive a replacement Key or a full refund — your choice. This is the only automatic refund case.
  2. Crypto payments: irreversible by the payment rail's design; no refund mechanism exists once confirmed.
  3. Card payments: final at delivery. A card dispute is not a refund path — see §2.
  4. Goodwill: at our sole discretion, credit toward a future period may be offered for short, non-total outages within your paid window.
  5. MAKCU hardware (Lifetime tier): the physical device is covered against DOA within 14 days of delivery; software terms are unchanged.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the Product evolves. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
